In the second quarter of 2024, the landscape of virtual fitness programs on unified platforms demonstrated varied performance across top applications. Here's a snapshot of how they fared:
komoot - hike, bike & run saw its revenue peak at $470K in late May before a dip to around $330K by the end of June. Downloads reached a high of 72K in early May, while weekly active users (WAUs) fluctuated, hitting a high of 3M in early May.
Strava: Run, Bike, Hike maintained a steady revenue stream, peaking at just over $100K in early June. Downloads spiked at 78K in mid-April, and WAUs increased from 492K to 544K over the quarter.
